This is really starting to piss me off. Doom 3: BFG Edition for my PC has it's screen shifted higher up. This happened to me today for the first time, as I haven't played in a while. I press Shift + Tab to bring up the Steam overlay, and that's shifted up too! This probably has to do with Steam trying to download DirectX for the game. Can someone help?

What usually worked for me, press alt+tab. If that doesn't work, sorry I couldn't help, if it does, well ain't you special :P

Doubt it. Check your screen resolution, maybe it got changed to something your monitor doesn't display properly. Also check your video card control panel and make sure you don't have any positioning adjustments set for whatever resolution it's running at.
