I prefer to use version 0.98a of Zennode for my maps, but every time I try to add it to the configuration, it causes an error (Zennode does, not Doom Builder) when creating the nodes.

does the same thing happen if you run it from a shortcut, or Run from the start menu (not from cmd prompt)?

It ran fine from Wadauthor and DCK, although I never tried from a shortcut or start menu.
