That viewvc directory is wrong, that is a feature of sourceforge for webbrowsers to browse the SVN, which you don't want. Make sure you use the right repository URL I just gave you.

With Microsoft .NET 2.0 framework and latest DirectX installed you should be able to compile this in Visual Studio 2005.

Should it compile with visual studio c# 2008 express editon
because I got error when converting builder.sln to to this version
and when compiling. Errors are of this kind :

Source file "C:/... .cs" couldn't be opened ("error not specified")

I have .NET framework 2.0 and Microsoft DirectX SDK (March 2008)
(Directx9)
I am not sure if this is DirectX version that I need.

sorry for being such a sucking newbie in programation.

If you are a programmer you should know how to look for solutions to problems such as these. We can't tell you from this screenshot. What I can tell you from this screenshot is that this has got nothing to do with my sourcecode.

I am not but nevermind about this. If you use MVSC# 2005
I can be the convertion of the project which failed

EDIT: I fixed it It seems there are errors in buildermodes.csproj
there is a lot of visual thing that dont exist.

EDIT2: It seems there is not 3D mode until now
because there is no visualmode files unless I mistake.
There is another alpha build with a visual mode but it has a big fov
and some texture are stretched, however the program look pretty neat
keep it up good work.

I have a suggestion, add "Search for Unknown Textures" in Map Errors options, so it does search for unknown textures (doombulider 1.68 fails at it)... in case it eliminates problems with compatilibity in maps etc.

i suggest you implement function that will allow you to utilize more than one texture wad at once.

About texture, I suggest the possibility to swap a texture
by another, in the whole map or in a selection of line.

One important suggestion: Autosave. Leave DB running idle for 15 seconds and it saves the current map into a temporary file without building the nodes. If DB exits properly then the file is deleted upon saving to the original file. If a crash then the temporary file is still active in DB's system folder. Upon next launch DB detects the file and reopens it. That way a minimal amount of work is lost if a crash acurs.
