hi so i wanna make a wad and it says after my other problem it says

WARNING.could not find the reqiured lump playpal

????so how can i fix this

That tends to suggest that you haven't linked your port configuration to an iwad.

Yeah, to assign an IWAD, press F5, go under the files tab and select the needed IWAD for the format you want.
