Does anyone have a doom 64 cfg file that will work with doom builder 2 or know how I can make a level using doom 64 sprites,sounds, and so on?

No.

The Doom 64 map format differs from the three map formats currently supported by DB2 (Doom, Hexen, UDMF), so a new IO set has to be integrated before a cfg file becomes relevant.

Kaiser made some progress with a DB2 fork, though.

Ah alright thanks. I really want to make doom 64 levels. I guess I will have to wait until DB2 supports that map format.

Progress is slow on the D64-ized version of DB2 but things are in working order, just not very user-friendly at the moment.
