Hi,
...got this one figured out once.. but i dont find where i wrote down the solution.

I cant get Testmap to load the map that i am working on when using jdoom. instead it loads the original map from the iwad.

Can someone please tell me what does the tick?

not sure if this is what you mean:
Game configurations:
jdoom > resources > location of my doom2.wad
Testing: application > path to jdoom.exe > no additional customize parameters.

if i remember correctly i need to put something in the "customize parameters" ... ; )

Does JDoom allow the usual command lines? If not I don't know...

well, i was actually hoping to GET answers- not to GIVE them ; )

anyhow... if i remember correctly jdoom of course supports the usual command line arguments. the problem has to do that jdoom is actually "two exes" jdoom.exe and doomsday.exe and that they are not inside the same folder.

For Doomsday 1.8.6 (the last stable version), setting jdoom.exe as the application with -iwad "%WP" -skill "%S" -file "%AP" "%F" -warp %L1 %L2 as the parameters works for me. I haven't yet come across a workable test configuration for the 1.9.x beta releases.

thanks alot. i'll give it a try tonight.
i'm actually using a much older version of jdoom.
if i cna't get it to work i'll update to the stable release that worked for you. ; )
