2. Just enable the "Floating" tag for that enemy.

You might be able to make the player fly by doing something with the SetPlayerProperty function in ACS.

Ooooops my bad it does work. I had the enemy unable to see me so it had no reason to fly!

And hey that set player aprop thing sounds like a good plan.
