You see, I've been working on a dehacked patch that makes everything shoot out rockets, even you.

So, I went into Whacked and set it so that during the last two frames of death for the Lost Soul it would shoot out rockets during those frames, meaning it would shoot two rockets at me when it died. This has worked...for a while, then it started to be weird and not shoot out the rockets. Huh? What happened?

Did you change the attributes of the rockets?

I just changed all of the monsters attacks to CYBATTACK and changed some NULLS to CYBATTACK (such as the Lost Soul death frames). The rockets should be fine. All I did to the rockets was increase the damage of them to 30 and their speed to 35.

Try restoring the rockets to their original speed and damage settings.
