How do I align the ceiling/floor texture in Doom Builder?

Sorry but Im a newbie :)

You can't. You'll have to align the sector to the nearest 64X64 grid. Just move it 32 units left or right.

Hi!
You can't and don't have to align floor/ceiling textures (=flats). They align automatically into the grid in which you place your map.
If you want to make a teleporter, just draw a 64x64 square exactly above the lines of the grid.

Ah ok! Now it makes sence.

BTW I have another question:

How come I can't use sky1 , sky2 and sky3 as ceiling/floor textures? They're only available as wall textures..

The ceiling texture is F_SKY1 and it uses the texture SKY1, 2 or 3 according to the map number.
The sky is a ceiling texture, so you find it in the list of flats.
