Ahhhh, dats simple ^_^. Just put down a sector (in the shape of a puddle if u want). Set the ceiling texture to the same as the surrounding sector. Set it to the same height as the surounding sector. Set the Floor to FWATER. Then on the Line-def editor, set all the walls to TWO-SIDED LINE DEF, dont check IMPASSIBLE, and set the Linedefs to have no walls.
