How do you people get the Doom palette into images?

The Doom palette can be applied using Paint Shop Pro, simply by taking a screenshot from Doom, saving the palette, then loading the palette on another image. I don't know how to do this in Photoshop, or any other graphics program.

This does it also. Great prog for image manipulation. Completely free. No ads. Many features. http://meesoft.logicnet.dk/Analyzer/

With Windows MSPaint and this, you can do almost anything.
