Hey!

My Wintex 5.0 editor is corrupted and cannot be used again. How can I convert a wall texture to a 64x64 flat using Deepsea or any other editor?

thanks!

Use XWE:
www.doomworld.com/xwe
1.Create 2 new entries: F_START and F_END (flats' markers)
2.Import the flats (graphics)-be sure to have the Doom Pallette applied to them
3.Select a flat. From the menu Image select "save as doom flat"
4.Put the flat BETWEEN the Flat Markers.
Example:
code:
... F_START myflat F_END

Cheers!
