Now for some reason I remember having a file called doom2.pal or something to that nature. I try to take screen shots to try and get the color palette that way but the colors get inverted (almost like a negative) so it never works. Little help please?

If you save any Doom2 graphic as a .bmp it will have the palette in MSPaint. If you want to save other types as Doom2 graphics, try this free program: http://meesoft.logicnet.dk/Analyzer/ the 668Kb version is all you need. A great program with no spyware or ads, and you can save the Doom palette with it and apply to any 256 color graphic.
