Zdoom stuff

How do I get monsters and items from other Doom games into another one with ZDoom? Example: Put the Heretic Etheral Crossbow in an otherwise doom level.

Extensive WinTex and WhackEd work.

After you got all the images in your WAD, you also have to get it in the level. There are two way to do this (I think). Using the spawnspot (?) command in ACS or creating a new thing using DECORATE. You can look both up in the ZDoom Wiki, but the ZDoom page seems to be down right now.

After you have got the sprites loaded, use the summon console command.
for instance "summon doomimp" summons an imp, and the reast are similar.

There is a list of actors on the ZDoom wiki if you don't know them allready.

Load the sounds as well, and make a SNDINFO lump for them.
