What's the offset data I must give DHE to work with Final DOOM?

Make sure you're using v3.1, ignore the offsets, comment the version number line, and set the size to 722629.

# Doom version #
#        0 for Doom 1 1.666
#        1 for Doom 2 1.666
#        2 for Doom 2 1.7, 1.7a
#        3 for Doom x 1.9
#        4 for Ultimate Doom 1.9
#version = 4

# The size of the user-defined Doom exe file.
size = 722629

I tried this when attempting to load Plutonia 2 in DOSBox with the deh patch, and while it loaded up, once in-game, I couldn't move around or perform any player actions. Although I could still go to the menu and navigate that for some reason. I know this thread is kinda dead but does anyone have a solution for this?

@OpenRift don't revive an old thread like this. start a new one. I only say this because you can get warned for doing that.
