Well, after re-creating E1 and E2, I now have to delete....wait for it......125,655 lines!! Now I can't do anything with DeePSea.
It tells me I have to delete this many lines in order to do anything else with the Editor, unless I register it (no way in Hell :-P).
SO....how do I delete stuff in DeePSea?

And in case that doesn't work, select the lines you want to delete and then press DELETE.

Did you merge all the DOOM levels into 1 map?

Seriously, I think you misread something there. Anything over 20,000 linedefs start to enter the DOOM sidedef limit of 32k.
