Doom Builder 2 Won't Save Things

As the title reads, I am using Doom Builder 2, and for whatever reason, It saves everything except the Things. It'll save the maps, linedefs, and everything else, but not Things. Any help?

I've been running into that problem too for some reason. I just move a vertex then move it back to force it to rebuild the nodes and it saves everything fine. It's probably something with my config though.

nope, that doesn't seem to work. I noticed that it only does this while in ZDoom mode (Doom in hexen format, doom in *whatever* format, etc.)

When in Doom or Doom 2 it doesn't delete the things.
