No monsters showing up

I searched and cant find if this has been answered, also the FAQ isnt opening, but when I run my maps from DoomBuilder2 all the Things show up except for the monsters. I have even loaded the actual Doom2 maps and those monsters are not showing up either. Is his a common issue? What other information do you need to fix this?

You probably selected to run the map with -nomonsters (the dead Cacodemon icon).
