So I opened up Doom Builder 2 for the first time yesterday, and I was making a map again, and for some reason when i set some linedefs to create a box in a sector (For lighting around light source) it acts like a delete tool and cuts out a sector of the map and makes it invisible? How do I make linedefs inside sectors in DB2? It worked in DB1, really easily. Did something change?

I'm not sure what's causing it, but it's most likely one or more of the sidedefs facing that "invisible" sector are referencing a different sector. Fix them and your sector should be visible once more.

I don't know what you mean by invisible sectors.
If you are thinking of improperly referenced sectors, there is the Make Sector mode (default key M). Just click on the sector(s).

Make sure to not hold the Ctrl key while drawing the sector.
