I want to use Doombuilder 2 to make a Invasion skulltag wad. I saw some videos and i know i have to select the game configuration skulltag(doom in hexen format) but on my doombuilder i dont have this option, can somebody help me out? ps. i have the option skulltag(doom in doom format) but this wont work for an invasion map.

The configuration should come with Doom Builder 2 itself, but if you don't have then here it is.
