Look, I'm using Doom Builder in "Skulltag (Doom in Hexem Format)", and I make Deep Water, now, I want to do a "clear water" effect, I mean, put some sort of transparency to the water so, you can see the bottom like in a pool.
Hope you can help me.

You can try and use 3d floors (don't let the name fool you - you can use the 3d floors technique to achieve what you want).
