I started building a map with the start area set underground, so I made the floor and ceiling underground due to plans for the map to go up to the surface, but whenever I try to go into visual mode to move textures about (The map isn't aligned to the 64x64 grid, so the textures are a bit screwy), all I get is a black screen and full brightness mode doesn't work, and trying to go down doesn't work either. Is there a way to move where the visual mode starts manually? I have placed a Player 1 start in case that's a thing and it didn't work and I tried placing a sector at ground level and that doesn't come up either.

Control-W (in editing mode) to place a 'visual mode camera' thing. Place it in a sector you wish to view.
