Diluted: In DeePsea, press F7 and then select "Export Lump to a File". If you select only the "Sounds" radio button (then press "Show Types Selected", that's all you get.
Press "Auto Options" to set the export format. The default is "WAV".
Similarly, you can export ANY of the lumps, e.g., Midi/Mus, Flats, Graphics.
