If you mean being able to use the Doom Pallette, most editors will load that Pallette when they open the picture, and then you can save that and import it to other images. MSPaint I always had problems with though, I could never get pallettes to work with it. Fortunately IPhotoPlus v1.2 came with my scanner software, and I was able to use that with no problem, and it let me edit each individual color, for example I could change the shades of brown to shades of black and make black Imps and black dirt textures. Looked pretty cool, actually.
