No Vert thingy

I reformatted about a month or two ago, and I went to play doom2.exe last night and realised I hadn't set up any of the doom2.exe and doom.exe stuff since the format. So, I reconfigured my controls and set them to always run, but I've lost the little TSR files that disable vertical mouse movement and I can't remember what they're called or where to get them. Please help, I can't play without them :(

Also, I've decided to start playing Heretic again after years of not playing it, and I wondered how to set up auto-run in that (because the "joyb_speed 31" thing doesn't seem to work), and is there a no vert thing for Heretic?
