Draconio Posted August 16, 2003 There's this music that I've heard in several Doom wads, and when I hear it I feel like I should know what it is, yet I can't remember what it is or where I first heard it. It appears in the following wads (and possibly others): Cyber Death Dwango 5 (Map 11) Unidoom DM 1 (Map 02) What is it, and where did it come from originally? 0 Share this post Link to post
Ichor Posted August 16, 2003 It comes from an old Tetris-like game called Gemstorm (made in 1995). Whether it was the first one to use it, I'm not sure, but that's the first place where I've heard it. 0 Share this post Link to post
Draconio Posted August 16, 2003 Well, that answers half my question anyway. I did have a shareware edition of Gemstorm on my computer a long time ago, so that probably is where I first heard it. The Cyber Death .wad is dated from 1994 though, so unless its file date is wrong, the origin must be different. 0 Share this post Link to post
