Naked Snake Posted August 18, 2001 1-I only know of Romero. I know there were others. 2-Editing features and true 3d gameplay (like going over and below objects) 3-To win the game you must defeat me, John Romero 4-SNES, Jaguar, 3do, Saturn, PSX, 32x, and GBA, there are others. 5-Team TNT 6-Commander Keen I think 7-They dont stand for anything. It is the word ID which is your sub-concious. 8-How much ammo you get from enemy weapons and the speed of the monsters. 9-I dont know 10-Williams Entertainment 0 Share this post Link to post

Linguica Posted August 18, 2001 1) Lots of people... Tom Hall, Shawn Green, John Romero, Sandy Petersen, American McGee, Brandon James, Barret Alexander, Jay Wilbur, Brian Hook, John Cash, Paul Steed, Katherine Anna Kang, probably more. 2) Boom features, ACS scripting, decals, TCP/IP multiplayer, colored lighting... 3) To win the game, you must kill me, John Romero, backwards 4) PSX, Saturn, N64, Jaguar, 3DO, SNES, 32X, soon to be GBA 5) Dario and Milo Casali 6) Probably Dangerous Dave or something 7) "In Demand," originally, but now they don't stand for anything. 8) In the easiest and hardest modes you get 2X the ammo. 9) Boom removes most all of the limits of the original EXE, adds in a lot more linedefs, including a generalized linedef maker thing. It also has new properties for sectors like deep water, sludge, ice, etc. 10) GT Interactive, Softdisk, Apogee? 0 Share this post Link to post

Sir Fragsalot Posted August 23, 2001 No, it wasn't by id software. Id sold the rights to Midway. Midway made the game. I don't think Midway did EVERYTHING for the game. I suspect that Doom64 uses a modified version of the Doom engine. 0 Share this post Link to post
