Why 60 secs delay between posts

i was posting and this message came:

To reduce the damage possible by a spammer.

Moral: if you've typed in a long and complex post, copy/paste it to the clipboard or Notepad (or compose it in Notepad) before submitting it, just in case the forum software eats it for some reason.
