Command line wad editor

I need a doom wad editor (a program that makes what XME does) but that works with command lines or with scripts. Is there any one?

I need this because when you are going to distribute music files and need them inside the wad, you can't just distribute the wad because it became very big because there're repeted songs inside it, so it would be better if the music were put inside the wad after download...
