I would like to know where I can find a good Doom sprite Editor because I want to fiddle around with the enemies' colors, HP levels, and whatnot. I can imagine it now: Green Cacodemons like the one in Zeratul 982's avatar, or yellow Barons of Hell, or red Imps.
Anybody know where I can find one that's (and I underline this) reliable?

Colours you can do with WinTex and any graphics program. HP etc, You'd have to use DeHackEd wouldn't you?

You can get Paintshop Pro (PSP for short) at newdoom's epidermis emporium, that's where I got it.

Keyword here people is bought. He didnt go download it cause hes cheap, he payed for it. Let his like...non-cheapness be an example to you all.

Sorry, but I find pretty stupid the whole idea of paying so much for these things when :

1) I'm not making any money with it.
2) I have to learn to use them, damnit.

Believe me, as soon as I get a job using these programs I'll buy it.

Paint Shop Pro all the way. I have never really used Photoshop, but I hear it's rather expensive. I got PSP7 for about $80 and it does everything I need it to do to edit/create sprites. At least try the demo, I think you'll find that it is one of the best programs out there.
