Hell Benieth

I just have a queston about a secret I cant find in that level.Its right at the beggining, just as you step out and those sargents teleport from those elevated alcoves with medikits and shells, how do you get up there?
In a port,I just jump, but otherwise how do you get up there.

across from where the shotgun guys teleport in, there's a lift. jump in the lava pool, activate the lift. behind there's a room with a rocket launcher and some rockets. to the left of that room is another room with 2 teleporters. one teleporter goes to one alcove, the other teleporter to the other alcove.
