I've seen a few of the movies mentioned here and agree. I'd kind of say Doctor Who and original (non-cgi) Star Wars, even though they are only vaguely similar (much like almost any doom-related movie). But the one I was going to say, that nobody seems to have mentioned, is:
Congo - apart from the intro actually featuring the first 2 seconds of doom (e1m1), I really liked the jungle-based atmosphere, which is one of my favorite elements of doom (the misty mountain sky texture). The gorilla attacks were also reminiscent of demons..
