I don't usually listen to music while playing Doom. I turn off the in-game music as well, as I cannot stand most midi music.

Wreck by Gentle Giant is now my Number 1 listen-while-playing-doom song. But then again, it's also just my number 1 song.

Heavy, Thrash and Power Metal and some Russian punk (Sektor Gaza), post-punk (Grazhdanskaya Oborona) and Hardcore bands (Orgazm Nostradamusa). Sometimes - classics and rock'n'roll.
