Anyway, for humorous wads I would try sub.wad, and aboocean.wad. I would list more, but I am quite lazy at the moment.

Well, I have an idea to do homage to Maddox in Doom.

"The Best Doom Mod in the Universe"

PLOT:

Hellspawn broke loose in our modern society, terrorizing Utah. Authorities didn't do shit about the invasion because they're fucking pussies, so none other than everyone's favorite pirate, Maddox, goes out to save the day. Normally, he could bash a bunch of imp and zombie heads into their shoulders and finish his job by throwing his huge balls at a Cyberdemon, effectively disabling it, but out of spite against the commie gun control, Maddox mostly uses guns during his mission. Who knows, maybe he'll kill a few children/hippies/old people/goths along the way.

You can use the regular Doom weapons.
Armor is mostly the same.

Health power-ups will be a little different.
Health bonus = Tabasco bottle
Stimpack = half of a beef jerky piece
Medkit = Full beef jerky piece
Soulsphere = glowing blue beef jerky piece.
