If the Wads forum wasn't so dead, I'd post this over there. Anyway...

In map18 on my wad, I have a sector that lowers and changes to a lava flat when crossing a line, but whenever I enter that sector Doom crashes with an "unknown special" error. How do I get it to work properly?

Maybe I should upload the updated wad on wads/zeratul 982 so people can understand what I mean. If so, don't expect that map to be eye-catching, because it's still at its first stages of construction.

Edit:I just tested it out on Doom Legacy and it worked fine. It looks like the unknown special error only occurs on the original exe.

I suppose you've found a way to grow your bodily fluids into coffee beans so you don't have to do the work afterward? :P
