Here they are, compared on simple UV:

1. The Ultimate Doom: Thy Flesh Consumed [whole game, not just E4]

Very easy. It's a bit offset by E4's earlier maps, but even that episode becomes user-friendly.

2. Doom 2: Hell on Earth

This game actually got balls, even if it looks like trash. Some maps are still painful to play from scratch, such as MAP09, MAP22 and MAP23.

3. TNT: Evilution

Quite varied in difficulty, but due to being less familiar with it, I'm going to rate it higher.

4. The Plutonia Experiment

Headache incorporated, boring visuals. What's the point? I believe it's the final boss, but it's way beyond my expected reach.

Surprised at how some people find Doom 64 harder than Doom 2. There's certain levels in Doom 2 which I've always found much tougher than anything Doom 64 throws at you.

Doom 2 - Sometimes gets people tighten their pants, but offers too much survival chances for a simple adventure.

UD - Nearly as D2, but E4 gives it away.

TNT - True, it doesn't throw everything at us at the same time, but difficulty raises exponentially then.

Plutonia - Utterly hardcore.
