5. I've got no one to play deathmatch with but I want the same rush.
I always thought wads that renamed the difficulty levels such as Alien Vendetta and Hell to Pay were kinda lame.
In my own project I'm renaming the skill levels to names of well known levels where the skill is about the same when they're played on UV.
I leave I'm Too Young To Die and Nightmare alone since they alter the behavior of the game, but i changed HNTR to "Knee Deep in the Dead" since it's easy to blast through with light monsters and lots of health and shotgun shells. I named HMP to Memento Mori since I intend to make it more coop oriented and the level of difficulty is a little aged compared to these days, and Ultra Violence to New Gothic Movement since it's intended to really put the player on his toes, both with volume of monsters and deadly traps.
