Not many. According to Doomworld's home page there's:

Batman Doom
Caverns of Darkness
Covert Ops
Hell Revealed II
Immortal Conduct
Nimrod
QDoom
Securitron
Tai Tenga
The Darkening
Twilight Horror
WolfenDoom
ZenZen

and I think there's Ghost Busters Doom and the Alien TC...? If those were ever finished anyway. Yeah, Doom's not known for having much of a modding community. Jedi Knight and ARMA are better for that kind of thing.

I think there is many more than these mentioned.

I find fun, ScoreDoom, Real Weapons Hardcore and the Brutal Doom.

I have soft spot for RusRar also, although no widescreen :(

Well, put it this way, there definitely is over 9000 mods. Are there other games with the same sheer volume of custom content?

It's amusing seeing ancient mods such as Batman Doom and HellRaiser Doom still being referenced as examples in modern articles when there have been so many produced since then.
