This is true, but I still need the command line box for complevels, warping, and skill levels...most launchers have options for the latter two, at least. Being able to define IWADs rather than just autodetecting would be nice too, for Freedoom and the BFG Edition wads. Also, while it's hardly a big deal, if you launch CDL through a Steam shortcut, Steam's overlay doesn't get applied to the launched port. Not sure what the issue is there, but it works with ZDL. 0 Share this post Link to post

That's kind of the point of Chocolate, not having to deal with emulation. Yeah I'm fine using the Chocolate port. The only problem is playing Master Levels of Doom II. It's a little inconvenient that I have to quit and switch the wad out (Unless I'm using GZDoom and the Menu Interface mod) for each level. Plus the 'Teeth' wad doesn't seem to work. EDIT: Actually it seems all the maps by Sverre Andre Kvernmo don't seem to work if I just add them to External Files in my ZDL. The only way I can play them is by using the Master Levels Menu Interface mod, which is also the only way I can play these levels with the correct music. 0 Share this post Link to post
blob1024 Posted November 6, 2013 -complevel 4 -skill 4 -warp 18 -fast -record p218f but I hate when you watch again a demo just done, being sure it sucks, and then improve 3seconds after 2hours tries. yea still sucks. 0 Share this post Link to post

It's the only one where there are two levels in the same wad, so if you use the Menu Interface mod, you have to "split" it into two different wads, with just one level each. Alternatively, Eternity has a built-in menu system to play them. All you need to do is tell it the path where the Master Levels are. 0 Share this post Link to post
