Yesterday, after watching TGH's roke max, I made this wad to test the difference. Like myk said, the rockets killed the cyber a bit quicker compared to standing right up against him with the ssg.

The rocket map demo was a kick in the pants to watch.

It reminds me of another nice rocket map called "big guns" By Gregory Dick.

Here is a 10 second UV-SPEED of a map I found while trawling through the archives. It's called One Park Avenue and you can find it here I spent 18 minutes beating this level first time around, only to realize I could have beaten it in under 18 seconds hence my motivation to record this demo ;) Nothing special, but enjoy anyway!

It was recorded in Prboom-plus 2.5.0.1.

Here are four new demos for a 1994 map I've recorded on before. I did a UV speed demo for WADPAK1A.WAD E2M4 in :32; last night, I discovered a shortcut that let me shave off sixteen seconds... which galvanized me not only to record that, but to do NM speed, UV max, and NM100S demos for it, too. :P These demos are for the standalone version, since it makes no sense to record on a level in a compilation WAD when an identical version can be downloaded separately. Ryback ought to watch the UV max demo, in particular. ;)

Aww, sorry for mentioning it wrong.
Now. I wanted to record these Demon Fear MAPs in DOOM2.EXE so they match the rest of the pack, and to my surprise, I managed to get good times very fast, many have better times and some are the same time. I got so much skill in the last 2 months.

Well done. There's some interesting running and jumping there.

The demos for levels 18, 20, 21, 23, 24 and 25 desynch because the levels have bad REJECT tables. I didn't know this WAD had this problem.

I'm not sure what's up with the attachment function, but this issue seems to affect you in particular. One thing you could try is attaching with another browser, if you have one installed.

EDIT: Ah, the REJECT issue is mentioned here, at least for level 25 (though other levels are hinted, mentioning Donner's demos).

Anyone know of any "comedic" demos? Like, ridiculously Tool-assisted demos of jokewads/impossible maps? I was working on Holyhell.wad UVMAX at a ridiculous 25% gamespeed. Seeing UVMAX/speedruns on some of the most obnoxious WADs would be a bit hilarious.

Not joke or impossible maps, but some of the old TAS Pacifist and Nightmare demos on Hell Revealed might fit the bill. Cameron's NM Pacifist on map22, for instance, is pretty funny to watch.

Uh... shit. Apparently, I neglected to quit from my last failed attempt before trying again. Now I feel like I need to record it all over again...

Uh, not really. :P When I shoot it at the end, his health only goes down to 65 (-trace_thingshealth 420 in PrBoom+.) I just wanted to end that run with me shooting one of those Romero heads, whether or not it killed them.

Yeah, it makes me think Owens threw those heads in as a joke. ;)

Anyway, I just replaced my Elegy MAP01 demo with a demo that isn't spoiled by a failed run. As a bonus, it's about 20 tics faster than the original.
