E1L1RQFX.WAD - Version of WAD with rebuilt REJECT, required to play back all four demos (due to a REJECT overflow in the original)

Also, I updated my MRDM2401.WAD demo .zip, as only a few minutes ago did I realize I put the entirely wrong -nomonsters demo in there. Now you know why the time I gave was one second off... :p

It is faster to kill the Cyberdemon by the direct attack. However, I lost a few seconds for the Aech-Vile's attack and I had no courage to cut a megasphere, so this run is not perfect at all. I wouldn't play UV-Speed of this map again.

They're included in the wad zip, same as the ones for DV so I guess it's just a matter of asking Andy to put them up on DSDA as well.

As for 32innail map05, looking back at dv02 and ow11 I don't think I could keep my nerves together in a 40+ minute demo (the route I've come up with would probably end up around the 45 minute mark).

Hearing FF8 music was quite motivating though :)

it would be nice to make ressurect those threads and there would be such a mess in demos for one MegaWad spreaded over more threads.

hehe. The scythe map16 record is actually 0:22 UV-Speed by psichotik, it's in the 4th page of the scythe thread.
I'd like to make summary tables for all classic megawads, especially the ones not allowed in Compet-N. Check the table I made in the 3rd page of PL2 thread. What do you think ?

DSDA exists for confirming records, so the summary isn't necessary, is it? However, there are a lot of demos in this thread which haven't been uploaded to DSDA yet.
Can we upload them without permission of the author? If it is no problem, Kimo should do it (excluding pl2's demos) instead of making the summary.

skepticist, you are right, this wad definitelly deserves more demos.
I think I have recorded 2 demos for rebirth too but never uploaded: map01 in 0:36 (wanted to reach 0:35/34:-) and map02 in 1:4x-1:5x (I am not sure about the time). I will look if I can still find these demos somewhere on my HDD.
EDIT: So sorry, I don't have these demos anymore...:-/

It`s sad to hear. Thanks anyway, glad to see that you think Rebirth is good too. BTW I've got 0:34 on map01 already, it could have been 0:33 but silly mistake at the very end of the level cast it`s doom. Pardon my french =)

Did a few demos for Dark Resolution 2008. Quite a few action packed maps here to have fun with.

This small pack of demos has maxruns for maps 1,2, and 10. Maps 1 and 2 are UV-Maxes while map 10 is a HMP-Max. Map 10 is a Death-Destiny map which basically means get ready to die or lose sanity if you dare attempt any of his maps on UV.

I was going to include a map 3 UV-Max, but during practice, I could not for the life of me figure out how to open up the BFG secret. I tried looking everywhere for the switch or panel to search/hit that would lower the blockade in front of the YSK door that leads to said BFG (I know where the YSK is at least). I gave up after 10-15 minutes of searching. If anyone knows how to open that one up, please tell me so I can get this level out of the way.

Map 11 will likely be done on HMP difficulty if I get around to it. I remembered trying this level on UV some time ago and didn't remember it being very pleasant at all, perhaps even riding on near impossible to complete without dying on UV. Anyone willing to attempt it on UV is welcome to try.

As it stands, the times for the demos in this pack are...

Map 10- 14:02
