I recorded a couple of demos on a wad Bashe had been looking for. Most of the maps are pretty crude (though not too bad), but map30 is more interesting than many.
The zip contains: NM in 0:53 and NM Pacifist in 0:56. Not difficult runs, but they contain a few little tricks.
