My, getting angry now? Don't worry, I'm sure your middle school has some sort of anger management counselling. In single player, I'd agree with you 100% - looks are a very important part of gameplay. But they really aren't important in a DM level. The Dwango wads have some extremely fun levels to DM in, but really aren't great asthetically. In fact, one of my favorite levels (map 17) is one of the ugliest I have ever seen. Not much detail, texture misalignments ever where, a big brown mess of crap. But it's hella fun to DM in.
