Freedoom 0.2 Released

Fraggle has written us about the release of Freedoom version 0.2, to honor Doom's 10th birthday. There's more about the release here, but in essence it's mostly bug fixes, along with some new sprites and levels.

Wow, so much happens in one day.
Freedoom is progressing nicely considering it's built from scratch. Judging from the screenshots, I assume that not "everything" is replaced yet. I guess that's why it's still an alpha.

So did anyone else celebrate by playing Freedoom (at least what's completed of it...)? I know I did.
