IMO. 3d floors are easier than 242 linedef, since you don't have to make it fit with the sector you add it to.

the ceiling in the control sector becomes the top of the 3d floor and the floor becomes the bottom, same goes with flats.

its good, im on level 2 technically, sice i couldnt get past it without crashing, but ive cheated to level 5.

EASIER than 242? Wait.. Judging by N'imrod, you can have several such control sectors, right? So, in theory, there can be virtually infinite 3d floors stacked on top of one another?

I'm not sure how many 3d floors one can have stacked. But I have never broken any limit.

Heh wouldn't it have been nough with warping to map03? BTW, could you tell me when where and why it crash? Look in Log.txt for error message. (signalehandler segment violation isn't the actual error message)
