Until SDL reached v1.2.5, it was incapable of manipulating the volume of native MIDI under Windows. Eternity v3.31 beta 3 *does* use SDL 1.2.5, but there was no time left for me to readd and thoroughly test the music volume slider. I do intend to fix it before beta 4 launch.

Also, there is a known issue in beta 3 with the sound effect volume slider inappropriately affecting MIDI volume. This shouldn't happen, and has been fixed in my working source code already.
