Is there a feature to add an alternate -fast tic duration for frames, either individual or within DECORATE? Just so that I can make my own Pinky Demon variants that aren't pushovers at -fast speeds.

This still needs a fix of some kind. I haven't figured out a good way that will generalize this *and* maintain DeHackEd compatibility.
