Why don't I have a custom title by now?!

Here is a patch that gives correct playback for TNT's D_STALKS lump, based on how the problem is solved in Ben Ryves' mus2mid code, used in Chocolate Doom and now in SLADE 3 too. :)

Thanks. I had heard about this but I'm way too lazy to go digging through somebody's 1000's of lines of mus converter code to find it ;)
