Eternity DECORATE-like syntax still case sensitive

I must write "goto". "Goto" won't be recognized and will cause a warning that shuts down the Decorate states. Tested with r1704.

Just another accidental single-point use of qstring::operator == instead of qstring::strCaseCmp.

Hopefully you just found this and didn't know about it for a long time. After all, I can only fix what I know about :P
