1. Pressing fly-down into a flat with splash causes that splash to happen continuously, not just once like in Heretic.

2. Walk-cam doesn't go through plane portals (but flying living player goes successfully).

3. The cheat deactivates upon next game, unlike god-mode or no-clip.

It's also possible to activate fly while a demo is playing, which would probably cause a desync.

  • Known, not sure how to fix. Does this happen in ZDoom?
  • This limitation more than likely cannot be lifted. Cameras are not subject to most clipping ops. I MIGHT be able to check for portals when the camera is checking for ceiling height but it won't be a simple 5 minute addition.
  • That's because it's a powerup-based cheat, and all powerup cheats work the same way (blur sphere, rad suit, berserk, etc).

Also, it'd be really nice if the jump bind could also work as a "fly up" bind when flying :)

In ZDoom it doesn't splash at all when hitting floor by down-flying. In Heretic it splashes once (upon impact).
